ZTE sub-brand Nubia released their latest top end flagship phone the Nubia Z50 ultra on March 7th. This is one of the highest end smartphones released in 2023 so far. Nubia Z50 ultra will be a great alternative to the HONOR Magic 5 pro.
The Nubia Z50 ultra has an extremely boxy design and looks very similar to the Nubia Red Magic 8 pro. The dimensions of the device is 169.9 x 76.3 x 8.3mm. It has a 6.8 inch 120 hz AMOLED display with 1B colours and 1500 nits peak brightness.
The phone comes with a custom made 16MP 4th generation under display camera with 2.4µm pixel size. Photos look to have finally reached the social media acceptable quality. The phone has a 64 MP, f/1.6, 35mm with 1/1.3 inch sensor size. 35mm on the main camera is an interesting choice because most of the other flagship smartphones have 24-26mm main camera. It also has a 64 MP, f/3.3, OIS, 85mm (3.3x) periscope Telephoto camera + 50 MP, f/2 14mm, ultrawide camera. The phone is capable of 8k 30fps video capture.
The ZTE Nubia Z50 ultra comes equipped with the latest Qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset with 8/12/16 gb of LPDDR5X Ram. You can get upto 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal memory. The phone is loaded with the MyOS 13 on top of Android 13 out of the box.
