Earlier in may Sony release their flagship Xperia 1 V and midrange Xperia 10 series. And now Sony is set to launch their latest device, the Sony Xperia 5 Mark V on September 1 at 7 am UTC. The Xperia 5 series is the upper midrange offering from Sony. Here is everything we know about the phone ahead of launch.
Sony released a teaser video highlighting the low light camera capabilities of the Xperia 5 V. The teaser also shows a boxy design and top and bottom bezel similar to its predecessor Xperia 5 Mark iv. We already know a lot of these details from a leaked promotional video last month.
According to the Geekbench listing Sony Xperia 5 Mark V will feature the Qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 2 processor. It will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack, one of the last phones to still offer this feature. The phone will also have a 33W fast charging support revealed by the 3C certification listing.
