We are getting a lot of information about the device alongside the score. Undoubtedly the score isn’t anything special but a good starting point for the future updates.
The Honor 80 Pro features a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset inside of it. Though the phone isn’t using its peak power while testing with Geekbench. The biggest cluster of the chipset was clocked at 3.0GHz where it can go up to 3.2GHz.
Though the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 isn’t the newest chipset from Qualcomm, it can produce enough power to accomplish every task easily. The Poco F5 GT will also be using the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. So the power of the SoC can’t be underestimated.
According to Geekbench report, the Honor 80 Pro is currently using Android 12 based software. It’s most likely the Honor’s MagicOS 7.0 . The phone was tested using the 12GB RAM variant. There should be other storage and RAM variants too.
